Frosty bison! 🦬
This was taken in late September at Yellowstone, when the mornings were chilly enough for a thin layer of frost to develop on the bison’s fur. I’m not much of an early riser, but waking up is always worth it to see these beautiful animals.

I love Kodiak bears 😍 They’re so exciting to watch. I saw multiple bears over the last week but this one was my favorite. It stuck around and fished in the river for about an hour before wandering off.

I visited the Big Island in late March, and it was nice to be surrounded by so much green 🌿

Hilo is considered the “rainy side”, but it’s thanks to this rain that you get the lush forests that aren’t present on the sunnier, western part of the island.

I love the glow of Pikes Peak in the morning! This was taken last winter, but I’m happy to be getting these sunrises again now that we’ve had our first snow.

I haven’t been posting much lately, and it’s because I’ve shifted my creative outlet to focus more on embroidery. I still have a ton of photos I want to share from this summer- and a Milky Way time lapse to create. Social media is just exhausting sometimes 😅
