New photos for a new season of life 🐴🤍

Jazmyn reached out to me recently for some updated branding photos that felt like her — incorporating a few of her favorite things, her horses + her Great Dane, Gus. And of course, we had to show off the new bling because this girl just got engaged!! 💍

Jazmyn gave me full creative reign, and I definitely took advantage of it. We spent the evening chasing the last bit of sunlight, playing with different ideas and prompts, and creating these dreamy, countryside-inspired photos.

Connie + Eddie in the place they call home 🏙️🤍

If you know me, you know Chicago is one of my favorite cities, so I was so excited when Connie reached out about taking photos around their neighborhood — and of course, with their two pups in tow. 🐶

Connie is a wedding photographer herself, so getting to connect beyond social media, swap stories, and spend a morning together was such a treat. And I even got to hear some pretty adventurous stories from Eddie about his time working on the set of The Bear. 📽️🎞️

Finally getting around to sharing some of the photos I’ve taken this summer that have been patiently waiting in my camera roll. 🎞️

One of the sweetest parts of this photography journey has been watching things come full circle.

I started taking photos here and there in high school, mostly keeping to myself while I learned, practiced, and figured out what I was doing. Then I went off to college, where friends and friends-of-friends started reaching out, and those little connections slowly became the foundation of this business.

A few years ago, I moved back home after graduating, and now I’m finding myself reconnecting with people I grew up around— but this time, getting to photograph them through some of the biggest chapters of their lives.

Zack + Karis are one of those sweet full-circle reconnections. 🤍🌊✨
