What a summer! 🥎💚

I just want to say how grateful I am that I had the opportunity to not only sponsor this team, but to play alongside such an amazing group of people.

Anyone who knows me knows that I am ALWAYS busy, and honestly, I needed something that was just for me. Every Tuesday became something I genuinely looked forward to. For a few hours, I could forget about work, businesses, responsibilities, and everything else going on and just go play ball, laugh, compete, and have fun.

What makes this team even more special is that most of us hadn’t played together before. We started out as a group of people thrown onto a team and somehow became a rock-solid crew that was pretty darn hard to beat! We learned each other, supported each other, laughed a LOT, and made some great friendships along the way.

Of course, we were going after New Moon for that championship! 😂 We didn’t quite pull it off in the end, and we definitely had some challenges thrown our way. We lost our first baseman at the worst possible time because of circumstances completely out of his control, had one of our key players battling through being sick all week, and then ended up getting knocked out by a team we had beaten multiple times throughout the season. That’s just how sports go sometimes!

But when I look back on this summer, the wins and losses aren’t what I’m going to remember most. I’m going to remember the laughs, the friendships, the competitiveness, the nights we came together as a team, and having something every week that I truly looked forward to.

I’m so proud of this group and so thankful I got to be part of it.

Next year though… we’re coming for that championship. 🏆🥎😂

What a weekend! Both of our photo booths were out celebrating—one here in the U.P. and the other in Sister Bay, Wisconsin!

Congratulations to the Bowers and the Schuetters! It looked like so much fun was had by everyone. I was especially excited to debut our beautiful new floral pillow-top backdrop with white draping! 🤍🌿
