Summer is here, and we’re hitting the road. ☀️✨
This season, Alison Cook Beatty Dance will be performing, creating, teaching, and connecting with communities across New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts.
⭐ June 28 | DUMBO Dance Festival | NYC
We’ll be performing an excerpt of NOVA, a work created in memory of Alison’s beloved mentor, Ms. Jo Matos. After Ms. Jo’s passing in 2025, Alison registered a star named NOVA in her honor. This piece is about remembrance, gratitude, and the people who continue to guide us long after they’re gone.

Beach yoga, studio rehearsals, photoshoots, community events, Millie the Whale, and plenty of time creating together by the shoreline.

We’re excited to bring ENLIGHTENMENT and an excerpt of HOUSTON STREET HOOTENANNY to Rhode Island as part of Newport’s celebration of freedom, community, and the arts. Thank you New England Foundation for the Arts !
