Hey everyone,
This is a post I never imagined I would have to write.
As many of you know, our family is currently navigating one of the hardest chapters of our lives. Between caring for both of my medically complex children and now walking through Ezra’s battle with T-cell leukemia, life looks very different than it did just a few weeks ago.
Because of that, I have made the difficult decision to temporarily step away from photography and pause taking on sessions and bookings.
Anyone who knows me knows how much I love photography. It has never been just a job to me. I have poured my heart into capturing your weddings, your growing families, your babies, your milestones, and all of the little moments in between. Being trusted with those memories has been one of the greatest honors of my life.
Right now, though, my heart and my focus need to be with my family. The next several months are going to be filled with hospital stays, treatments, appointments, uncertainty, and doing everything I can to help my son through the fight of his life.
This isn’t goodbye. Brittney Renee Photography isn’t disappearing. I’m simply pressing pause while I focus on what matters most right now.
To every client who has supported my business, referred me to friends, cheered me on, prayed for my family, and trusted me with your memories, thank you. You have helped build something that I am incredibly proud of, and I will never be able to express how grateful I am for each and every one of you.
For now, I ask for your continued prayers for Ezra, for Bella, and for our family as we navigate this road ahead. We have a long journey in front of us, but we are taking it one day at a time.
Thank you for your understanding, your kindness, and your support.
Love,
Brittney
