This happened today. Fearless Persona Photography won third place in Best of the 603!
It’s funny, I started a business with a camera, but somewhere along the way, it became about so much more than taking pictures.
It became about showing people who they already are-not someone else’s version of who they think they need to be.
I’ve gone against the grain my whole life. I’ve never wanted to do something just because everyone else was doing it. I wanted to understand it, question it, and find a way to make it my own. The same is true in my business.
People show me photos they love all the time, but I don’t want to simply recreate someone else’s image. That’s the easy part. I want to know what drew you to it. Was it the confidence? The movement? The way the person looked completely comfortable being themselves? That’s where the real idea begins—not with copying what someone else did, but understanding the feeling behind it and creating something that actually belongs to you.
That is what Fearless Persona Photography has become.
So yes, I’m incredibly proud of third place. But more than that, I’m grateful that people see what I’m building and believe in it.
