Although you can still book if there are any remaining sessions, the giveaway entries WILL CLOSE on Friday, October 23rd at 10am, so be sure to enter and tag anyone you think would like to book a session and enter!

This pricing is for "standard" (not "painterly" images; as shown). Painterly may be upgraded for $50 per first image and $25 per additional (these are hand-created and NOT AI).



Add on an additional set for $100/set for just the kids; $125 for Family.

Sunday Share.

My Own. ❤

So, somehow my tiny Miss. Mackinlee has grow into a 5'8" sophomore who attended homecoming yesterday and my head is spinning trying to figure out how our fourth baby girl is this "old" already.

Mamas, I say it ALLLLLLLLL the time and I KNOOOOWWW I ANNNOOOOYYYYY you... but, time is a thief.

The old sayings are true-

"Enjoy every moment."

"It goes so fast."

"Don't worry about the dishes."

"Time flies."

We all roll our eyes.

Then we use them to watch all of these things become reality.

As a mama of seven, with each of them (from the adults to the youngest) showing me new ways of embracing their independence every day, heed the advice.

Don't be annoyed with it.

Listen to it.

Be still.

Breathe it in.

Because, mama, I promise you will want to go back.

I promise.

And life will remind you on a random Sunday afternoon, with eyes welled with tears, that, mama, you absolutely may want to, but you absolutely cannot. ❤

The "algorithm" will never be on my side.

I have a bunch of kiddos, lots of extracurriculars and homeschool.

I have a husband who travels for work and when he is home, I don't want to stare at a screen.

I have a business I LOVE, but somehow, the "posting" has become the driving force more than the connections and the passion.

I know I don't post a ton.

I know I should.

I know I can't.

I hope YOU know it's not a lack of passion that stops me... it's the opposite, actually.

I'm so focused on making sure each image speaks and each piece of art stands out, that I forget I'm "performing" for an entire audience.

My ACTUAL family first and then my current family session waiting on their forever memories ARE my audience.

And they will have my full attention from start to finish, no matter what my "page analytics" say.

If that throws me to the bottom of a feed, so be it.

I won't sacrafice my clients time and trust, striving to be my very best for THEM, to ensure the rest of the world (who may or may not understand my passion) gives me a "like" that is satisfied.

The only "likes" I need and happiness I strive for is my family first and then that of my clients.

So, yeah. I'm ready for the 3 likes on this post.

I know where my time was spent and it was very much worth the crappy end of the algorithm.

I'm getting ready to share some exciting news about Holiday Minis!

I have other exciting news, but I'm not quite ready to spill all the beans yet.

So, for now, I'll give you some images from this sweet crew as they await their new baby BROTHER and tell you that when I say to watch for Holiday Session information, take me seriously because someone is going to get SERIOUSLY gifted this holiday season from The Photo Barn!

Truck Minis were a flop (a big "thank you" to those who reached out but the schedule didn't vibe). 💕

Be sure to subscribe on my business page (I'd love to put a link here, but it's a big "no no" with Facebook lately and I've filled my "quota" for the month, so check my page for it). 🙄

If you have and don't see a message, it's probably in your spam folder. That's where many found it and it was too late to schedule. 😔

Fortunately, I had the truck on site for this family session and was able to get some images of their sweet crew with it. ❤😍

I am CONSIDERING asking to utiliize it for Holiday Minis (they will be very limited but I do have some in studio sets posting next week), but I won't if I don't have at least 10 interested. More to come on that. 🎄

I'm still working on something BIG and do plan on sharing soon, but, if you run a business, you know that its exhausting and I'm trying to keep all the "balls in the air" to make things happen. 😴😵‍💫

If you don't run a business, it just means, "please be patient, I'm trying." 😊

A HUGE "thank you" to my AMAZING friends at Enchanted Florist (who I also cannot tag 🙄) for use of their gorgeous truck that I plan to buy right after I win the lottery and take us all to an island because you DO know the exhaustion of running a business.
