I had an incredible time dropping in on the Motor Trend studio for a small event they were having with none other than Horacio Pagani and a select few of his creations that stopped by before heading up to Pebble Beach. Oh yeah, and they were debuting the new Huayra Roadster BC! Thanks to for the heads up and to and for the hospitality.

On Film.
I decided to bust out my old cameras and shoot some 35mm in addition to digital. Got the scans back from and I’m glad I did, even if I looked like a weirdo with 3 camera strapped to me. The color rendition on Ektar is AMAZING.
Shot on , that I’ve had since college w/ 24-70 2.8L. The lens was bigger than the camera!

While it may not be around anymore, the Red Bull Global Rallycross series was an insanely fun event to watch, and an even crazier event to photograph. Massive acceleration speed, tight courses, and door to door racing meant things were constantly changing.
