Bortner Valley hosted Carlie and Brandon’s wedding and the rain held off! You can trust me to text, call, and email Mother Nature to notify that her plans for rain needs to fit into your wedding timeline. I update her with appropriate times so that your dad and I can chat about it ☔️when I arrive. And as soon as your dad walks into the venue the clouds open up. Carlie saw out the window during her bridal portraits that it wasn’t raining and I quickly called Lex Ren & Co. Wedding and Event Planning to update her with the brides request. No more than 5 minutes later the bride and I were watching her groom on the golf cart getting in position for their first look. So when I tell you that I SHOW UP on your wedding day. I have packed a clear shower curtain, clear umbrellas, change of clothes (incase rain catches me) multiple pairs of shoes, and all the gear I need I mean it. Ren & Co. Wedding and Event Planning is quite literally your Fairy Godmother who makes magic happen in the blink@of an eye.
Please consider this my formal notice to your Fairy Godmother and Mother Nature that they use their magic wands for all your needs! 🎃 to 🕊️🏎️☀️

POV: insurance policy Photography Edition. Wedding Photographers are hard to shop for because you haven’t hired one before. Your engagement session is included in my wedding packages because you get to test drive a session with me. You get to relax and have some fun in front of my camera. You get the photos back and see you hat you look like with edits. You get to experience the process on a small scale and feel confident that your wedding day will be a celebration that you get to enjoy.

Photographing Delaware’s families as they celebrate welcoming a baby before his/her arrival. For me, maternity photos are my biggest regret. I didn’t do them. As I photograph families of all shapes and sizes I am so glad that we are honoring and showcasing what miracles our bodies create. Celebrate yourself! Your accomplishments. Your family’s milestones.

Asking for a favor! Go to this page and like this post? (Mom, that means clicking on "Fifer Orchards" at the bottom below the pictures. Then liking the post.) I have been going to Fifers Orchard all the years I have lived in Delaware. My kids ask to go every Saturday. One kid usually requests ice cream and one kid wants to pick the seasonal item. However, Fifers has something for everyone. I have been doing lots of marketing photos and probably asked if you would meet me there. I would love to keep going back as its one of my favorite jobs.

Her Maryland wedding had the most relaxed morning. They shared a private first look with each other looking at the turf valley golf course. Her dad saved her newborn name bracelet from the hospital all these years. They shed tears, wore out the dance floor and shared a private final dance before their sparkler exit.

I hate when couples are stressed on their wedding day.
I hate when guests need to be chased down for photos.
I hate when your guests forget what your day is really about.

All of these things should be eliminated BEFORE your big day. Hiring me as your Delaware wedding photographer means we work together creating a plan BEFORE your wedding day. We create your photography timeline so that we have ample amounts of time to keep things moving slowly. You give me your list of family to be photographed, I organize it and we get it out to your family/friends/guests so they know the expectations. My manners also keep your guests from effecting your timeline and plans. 😉
