Mom said she wanted sun.
And somehow, the sun showed up in the most beautiful way.
A golden beam slipped through the trees and landed right on this little family, just before they become a family of four.
They are walking through an unexpected diagnosis with so much love, hope, and tenderness wrapped around them.
And standing there in that light, it was impossible not to feel it.
This baby is already so loved.
They are going to be just fine.

But the little cake? Huge win.
Smash cake sessions are always a mix of curiosity, tiny opinions, frosting, and whatever random thing ends up stealing the show.
For this sweet baby girl, it was the cake.
And honestly, I respect it.

The running, the giggles, the “wait come back,” the snuggles, the tiny chaos of this season… that is the good stuff.

Their mama said this session reminded her of Little Women, and honestly, same.
She even brought matching necklaces for her girls, which made the whole thing feel even sweeter.
We danced in the field, let the evening unfold, and took a little pause from the busy, noisy rhythm of real life.
Just proud parents and their girls, wrapped up in one of those golden little chapters you wish you could keep forever.
