Announcement - Please Read
✨ Turnaround Times & Bookings ✨

To all of my amazing clients and vendors, thank you so much for your patience and support. I’ve never asked this before, but I kindly ask that you avoid messaging me for gallery updates right now. (Turnaround times are posted below ❤️)

This is my busiest season of the year, and while I usually like to keep personal things private, I also want to be transparent. I’ve been dealing with ongoing medical issues on top of my usual workload.

Going forward I will not be accepting new bookings for 2025 and 2026.

If you’re already booked with me, your booking is completely safe and secure! I’ve been shooting weddings every weekend as planned, and nothing is changing with your sessions/weddings. I’m simply not taking on new bookings for 2025 or 2026 at this time. If that changes, I’ll let everyone know.

I know that gallery messages come from a place of excitement (which I love and share with you!), but they do add pressure while I juggle everything. Please trust that your images are on track and will be delivered within the posted timelines below. Nobody is and nobody will wait longer than the timeframes listed, and my goal is always to take the time needed to make your images absolutely perfect. ✨

As a quick note: wedding previews may sometimes take a couple of extra days, simply because of the busy season and medical appointments/procedures filling up my weekdays.

I love and appreciate you all more than I can say. This isn’t coming from a place of frustration, it’s simply me being open and honest. Thank you for giving me the space and time to create the best possible work for you. ❤️

⏰ Busy Season Turnaround Times:
• Weddings: 12–16 weeks
• Wedding Previews: 14 days - Starting from the day after your wedding *may take a couple of extra days*
• All other sessions/events: 6–8 weeks

I will be fully out of the office today, Wednesday August 6th-Sunday August 10th. All messages received during this period will be responded to in the order in which they were received when I resume normal office hours on Monday August 11th.

FINAL Gallery Download Reminder!

As y’all know I posted in November giving everyone a 14 day deadline to download all un-downloaded galleries 2 years and older before removing them from my site. However most of those galleries remain un-downloaded to this day. I have some dating all the way back to 2018 that were never downloaded.

I would keep them up forever if I could, unfortunately storage costs money and I only have a limited amount of space, and I’m currently out of space.

I will leave these galleries up for one more week and then they will be deleted on May 30th, 2025. After which time you will be charged a one-time archival fee of $25 for sessions and $50 for weddings to reupload them, and the gallery will remain available for download for 90 days.

If you do not have a computer to download, I can also mail you a USB or arrange local pickup. Please message me to discuss cost as this will differ for sessions and weddings due to vastly different storage size needs.

If you need me to re-send your gallery link or PIN just let me know and I’ll get that sent over.

Available time slots for each day are listed at the bottom of the post, but please read the post in full for all of the information. ❤️

Can be used for:
*Families (up to 4 family members max)
*Couples & Engagement
*Maternity (up to 4 people max)
*Kids (up to 4 kids max)

Pricing & what’s included:
$150 for 15 minutes

$75 is due up front as the non-refundable retainer to schedule, with the remaining balance of $75 due on the date of your session. Once your non-refundable retainer has been paid, you are all set!

These sessions include 10 edited images. You will be provided with a proofing gallery to choose your 10 included images.

What happens if you love more than 10 photos in your proofing gallery? You have the option to purchase additional images for $25 each, or upgrade to the full gallery for a flat fee of $100. 🥰

There will be no set up for these, so the complete focus is on you! ❤️

Location:

These will be held at Mahr Park in Madisonville, KY. I will send you specific details on where to meet me within the park on the day of your session. I will have an assistant with me to help with any questions, payments, directions, etc. as these will be scheduled back to back.

❗️Please note that your session time & date are not reserved/held until your non-refundable retainer has been paid. Please pay these promptly to avoid losing your spot!❗️

The day of:
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early for these, as they will be scheduled back to back, and if you are late that will cut into your session time.

In the event of rain or otherwise bad weather, we will reschedule to a different date. 😊
