A little gallery PSA before I get sentimental…

If you’ve logged into your gallery recently and thought, “Wait, this looks different!” you’re not in the wrong place!

I’ve officially migrated my client galleries from PASS+ to Pic-Time. Your galleries are there, your login credentials are the same, and everything works just as it did before. The only real change is the gallery host you’ll see when you log in.

I’m not going to lie, this migration probably shaved a few years off my life 😂 and I still have a few loose ends to tie up, but your galleries are safe and there!

And honestly, watching all those galleries migrate and seeing the numbers of galleries and images really hit me.

A decade plus of this. So many galleries. So many images. So many families, couples, babies, seniors, weddings and milestones.

I’m just incredibly thankful. 🤍

Thank you to every single person who has trusted me to capture your life over the years, and especially to those of you who keep coming back year after year. It truly means more than you know.

It had been a few years, but Ashley and her wonderful family made their way back in front of my camera and I was oh so happy to see them! And gosh, had those kids grown A LOT! 😭

Speaking of kids…one thing I really try to do during every session is let the littles have fun. Truly let loose and just BE KIDS. Especially after they’ve given me all their best “cheeses” and held their attention for more than 5 minutes. 😂 I know it sounds silly, but kids will be kids....and they need to be kids. Some of my favorite images are the goofy, silly, completely unposed ones that happen when they finally get to let loose.
I realized while looking through this session that I often forget to share that side of my sessions, and these kiddos absolutely deserved to have their fun showcased! 🥰

Kelly and Brandon are the definition of pure and kind.

They always make me feel so good during our sessions with their smiles and laughter that are absolutely contagious! If you know them personally, then you already know, they are the good, good ones. The kind of people who make the world a little brighter just by being in it. Every year when we do a new session, I’m reminded all over again that good really does exist, and some people simply radiate light. Kelly and Brandon are those people. 🥹❤️

So grateful I get to document them year after year!

I just love getting my time with Jessica and her crew! 💕

The kiddos always keep me on my toes, and Mom and Dad are always such a delight!
I know I’ve said it before and I probably sound like a broken record..but I truly am so grateful when families like this continue to trust me year after year to document their lives. 🙌

It is such a privilege to watch these kiddos grow, to capture all the little seasons along the way, and to be welcomed back year after year. It’s an honor I never take lightly.

These summer sessions are sure melting my heart!

The Lillard family is one of the sweetest, and when you pair them with God’s masterpiece that is Old Rag Mountain and a perfect summer evening…well, things are sure to end perfectly. ✨

I’ve been trying to set aside a little time to share each and every family because they ALL deserve their own spotlight. So, if you’ve noticed a lot of posts from me this week, it’s because I finally found a smidge of time to do just that! ❤️

I still have a few more beautiful summer minis to share, and as you may have seen, I recently announced my fall minis too and I am SO excited! 🍂

My calendar is already very full, with just a handful of dates remaining. If you’re thinking about fall photos, the sooner we connect, the better!

Once again, another big family session that completely filled my heart! ❤️

There’s something so special about getting to reconnect with families like Rebecca’s. Her son Kenney and I went to school together, and now here we are, 20+ years after graduation, getting to reconnect in such a beautiful way.

How cool is it that photography allows me to stay connected with old classmates, catch up on their lives, and watch as their families have grown and blossomed so beautifully over the years 🥰

This is my 2nd year getting to capture Samantha and her sweet babes, and I couldn’t be more grateful!

They are all so kind, sweet, and just an absolute joy to photograph. I love getting to watch these little ones grow and change from year to year, and I already can’t wait to see what the coming years bring! 🥹✨
