Maddie wanted fall vibes for their engagement photos and I think we absolutely nailed it!! 🍁

The colorful leaves, the sunshine, their giggles! This was so worth braving some chilly, windy October weather. And of course the biggest shoutout goes to the tiniest member of their family, sweet Sunny girl 🌞

This must be what heaven looks like 🥹 Sunny brought the literal sunshine for her parents’ engagement session tonight, and I could’ve photographed the three of them until the sun went down!! (But it was SO COLD)

I love when your engagement photos include the little things that make up your life together. Your dog tagging along, the way you reach for each other’s hand on a walk, how you make each other laugh. Those things belong in your photos, too.

Especially when one of those things is this cute and named Sunny!! 🌞

If you send me two completely different ideas for your engagement photos, there’s a very good chance I’m going to say “wait, let’s do both!!”

My engagement sessions include two outfits and two locations, so we can get dressed up and take photos downtown, then change into something comfy and head out to catch the sunset, like Nicole and Luke did.

If you’ve followed along for a while, you might know my little orange guy, Carl, spent a few nights in the hospital earlier this year for a life-saving blood transfusion. Unfortunately, he was back at the emergency vet this past weekend due to an autoimmune condition that was discovered during that last scare. 😞

Thankfully, he’s home, resting comfortably (as always), and keeping an eye on all the fun summer galleries I'm working on.

To help with his ongoing care, I’m offering a limited number of discounted Pet Minis, with options to book in July or to purchase a voucher valid for 12 months (details in post). These were such a big hit last year and tons of fun, so I figured I'd bring them back for a great cause! They're available to purchase from today thru the 30th of June!

These sessions are about celebrating the animals who make our lives better every day. The dogs who greet us at the door, the cats who sit beside us (or on us) while we work, the horses who carry us through hard seasons, and all the little moments that become some of our most treasured memories.
