After my fourth child, I never felt like I returned to my old baseline. I had periods of anxiety, depression, exhaustion, intrusive worries, forgetfulness, difficulty organizing my life, and times when I felt completely overwhelmed and suicidal. Have you experienced something similar? What did it look like for you, and did it ever get better?
