Amidst the vast expanse of the Sonoran Desert, the saguaro cacti stand tall, their arms reaching skyward as if in silent prayer. These majestic plants, with their iconic silhouettes etched against the fiery hues of the setting sun, are the very essence of the desert landscape. Towering up to 40 feet and living for over a century, saguaros act as the ancient sentinels of the desert, bearing witness to the passage of time.

But the saguaros are in trouble.

WASHINGTON: In what officials are calling the most terrifying act of culinary terrorism in modern history, a man was seen wielding a fully loaded ham-and-cheese sub sandwich with flaming hot ingredients.

Federal prosecutors argued the weapon of mass digestion constituted a felony assault, citing its ‘toasted edges’ and ‘malicious use of mayo.’

After several failed attempts to indict as a felony assault and buttery, jurors unanimously concluded: it’s just lunch.
