Spring time, the buds are popping, leaves are slowly starting to show themselves, and my neighbors magnolia is just starting to bud the tiniest bit! The best time of year in my opinion, photographing those vibrant greens, dandelions, blooms…life giving!! Also, spring brings all the rain showers too…thank goodness for beautiful local studios that give my clients a great option if the mud just isn’t their thing ;) how adorable is this sweet babe!

Lots of thoughts lately, will be working on a share after reflecting on things, a lot to do about how I want my art to be shared on this platform. Media and social platforms are ever evolving and how I want to show up here is also meant to evolve…more to come. In meantime, this beautiful, kind hearted, love filled family takes center stage here. The giggles, the inquisitiveness of older sisters and their new baby brother, the shy moments, the baby lip bubbles, and a game of family tag(baby brother included)….all precious and all moments to be cherished.

Oh me oh my, this family! Just a chill Saturday morning at home, making scrambled eggs, lounging in the sweet sunshine, a walk outside with your pup, ending with a little jam session on the piano. In home sessions are the best for really embracing your everyday life, documenting the moments you know you will look back on and just smile ear to ear! The beauty I see…a love for each other that is palpable, a mother that adores her sweet cherub babes and relishes in all the snuggles, a father that dives right into the boys silliness, graham cracker crumbs leftover on rosy cheeks, a little brotherly hug that squeezes a bit too hard, a paper airplane race that brought the kid out in all…this is the beauty I see.
