This is my last day of work. I am retiring and passing the Gallery West torch to Scott Mitchell who will be owning and operating Gallery West effective 7/1/26. Scott is a wonderful local Macon businessman who will continue to show and sell Kirk's amazing music photography. I have loved my life at Gallery West for 11 years now but when I turned 80 I knew it was time for me to finally retire. We are open today until 5. If you are downtown in Macon for the Creek Festival stop in and say hi.

After 11 years in business as Gallery West and a lifetime of pretty much working nonstop. I have decided to retire and close Gallery West effective May 31. We will be having our last First Friday event on May 1 with a great retirement party for me featuring music by some of my all-time favorite musicians, EG Kight and Caroline Aiken. So come celebrate my retirement and get some of Kirk’s amazing photography at 50% off and listen to these fabulous women! Details will follow shortly.

Kirk, besides being an acclaimed rock photographer whose work is featured at Gallery West, Kirk was also was the tour manager for the Allman Brothers and used to live in the "Big House" - now an Allman Brothers Museum.
