Musings from the Ave‼️
Incredible muse: Da flower child🌻

Founder Iya here. I’ve been taking a photography class offered by the NYC Probation and it’s been amazing‼️

The class is free and open to the public meaning you don’t have to be on probation to attend.

We’ve been relearning a practicing the fundamentals but for me it’s been more therapeutic than anything. Going on community photo walks with amazing people is right up my alley.

Side Bar: I’ll walk with my ND filter next time.

Snap the photo, build community.

🏡 THE DESIGN MAKES THE STATEMENT. THE VISUALS MAKE THE INTRODUCTION. 🎬✨

Remember that BTS footage we shot with Kathy? Well, here’s the finished product! 🔥

Beautiful spaces deserve more than basic content. From architectural details to thoughtfully curated interiors, we capture the craftsmanship, creativity, and character that make a property unforgettable.

Because in real estate and interior design, PERCEPTION IS PART OF THE PRESENTATION. 💎

📸 Interiors? We got the angles.
🚁 Exteriors? We bring the drone.
🎬 The full vision? We bring it to life.

Whether you’re a realtor, interior designer, developer, or architect, let’s make your next project impossible to scroll past.

📩 Let’s elevate your visuals.
