Anyone else part of the Mile High Anxiety club during this isolation? Mine comes and goes but I have found one thing to prevent my mind from spiraling out of control everyday. Reminding myself what I’m grateful for! There are bigger things and smaller things. I’m grateful for my families health, the warm weather, a pool, lazy mornings, less laundry, wine and not having to do my hair, makeup or even wear a bra everyday! What are you grateful for?
