✨Currently wishing I was back in NYC, taking pictures of my best friends in Central Park. 😭✨

This was about 2 months before the whole world shut down because of COVID. Before masks were a thing. When you could still walk past people and see the expression on their faces, instead of just their eyes. When you could travel and live your life without restrictions.

Oh, how I long for those days again 🤍

Absolutely loved doing this outdoors/duck hunting themed shoot! Dawson is the happiest little guy with allllll the smiles but he definitely showed off his tough guy side during this photoshoot 😂 How cute is he?! 🥰

2020 was a hard year for most, but especially for this beautiful family who lost their patriarch, Kary Sylvia, unexpectedly in August. 😔

On top of a global pandemic, these boys lost their father and Michelle Payn lost her fiancée. I was absolutely heartbroken when I heard the news. Kary was a light in this world. Truly someone with a great heart and a kind spirit. He and my brother were attached at the hip as kids, so he was like another big brother to me growing up. Hearing of his passing came as a shock to everyone. This was truly a huge loss to anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. 💔

Michelle wanted some family pictures taken and had requested that I incorporate Kary into some of them using old pictures of him. I had never done this before but I knew I wanted to be the one to do it for them!

Michelle, you are an incredibly strong woman and amazing mother. Thank you for trusting me to bring your visions for these photos to life. I hope you and your family love them and cherish them forever 🤍 Y’all remain in my prayers every single day!

Rest In Peace, Kary. You will NEVER be forgotten 💜💛
