Results from WWP and Arnold's Restaurant presents: Headlock On Hunger
Friday June 12, 2026
Pembroke Rescue Squad in Pembroke, NC

In what can be described as a true tag team classic WWP Tag Team Champions George and Tre G of Team Pitbull battled GameTime Zay and Big Vaun of The New Age Ballers. The Ballers have been referred to as the heartbeat of the tag team division of WWP. But they've become the heartbeat of WWP altogether. Zay and Vaun have grew up in front of the fans at WWP. The fans were thoroughly behind the Ballers. The veterans threw every dirty trick at Vaun and Zay. But Ballers refused to be denied with the crowd behind them. As the final bell rang fans erupted hearing And New WWP Tag Team Champions The New Age Ballers.

Joshua Russell faced of Mike Foxx in a battle of hard hitting big men. These two proved they are all go in the smash mouth encounter. This could have went either way. Moses Stallone made his way to ringside. This distraction cost Mike the match to Josh. The question is, what was Moses motives? Mike was once aligned with Bobby Wohlfert and Ochio “OG” Giovanio before Moses became their financial backer. Was Moses scouting Mike to rejoin? Was Moses scouting Mike for future engagement? Was Moses scouting Josh? We hope to get some answers soon as to what Moses intentions are?

Bret Locklear faced Aaron CK in a Number One Contenders Match for the WWP Fighting Spirit Championship. This was a high octane fast paced thrill ride of a match. Bret dazzled with his array of high impact high flying moves that garnered him number one contender and future Fight Spirit Championship Match.

Team Pitbull came back to the ring as Johnny Smooth and Tripp Cautious proudly represented the Pitbulls. Next we heard that iconic 80's rock rift as "The Carolina Dreamer" Pony Johnson rock and rolled down to the ring. Pony was joined by Jermaine "The Chaplain" Rouse, pro boxer and representing Team Arnold West. Team Pitbull seemed to have the upper hand using questionable tactics. But the fan support and sheer power of Pony and The Chaplain scored them the huge win.

Bobby Wohlfert faced Victor Guerrero in battle of ground and pound versus speed and flight. This was a compelling clash of styles. But in the end between Moses interference and Bobby's experience, The Michigan Assassin scored the win over Victor.

The main event pitted WWP Champion Heath Slater against Baron Bullard. Baron was accompanied to the ring by fellow Team Pitbull members. Baron grabbed the microphone proclaiming his growing respect for Heath. Baron then asked Team Pitbull to go to the back so he could face Heath alone, to see if "he is truly as good as he should be?" Team Pitbull went to the dressing room. Baron and Heath started with some great technical chain wrestling. The respect seemed to be there before punches started getting thrown. However Baron unusually did not resort to any underhanded tactics. During the heat of battle Heath side stepped Baron and Baron collided with referee Julius Weatherford. Both were down and that's when Team Pitbull made their way to the ring. Heath fought off Tripp and Johnny before Tre G nailed Heath with the WWP Championship. With Heath down Team Pitbull urged Baron to make the pin. Baron with some confusion and hesitation made a reluctant pin to become the new WWP Champion. Team Pitbull appeared to surround Heath as Baron still appeared torn on what happened. Pony Johnson ran to the ring to clear the ring before anything could happen. Heath then directed the fans attention to the screen. It was announced that Rhyno will be coming to WWP on Friday July 10th. Rhyno will team with Heath and Pony Johnson to face 3 members of Team Pitbull.
