Photography has always been so much more than taking pictures for me. It's about the people, the relationships, the stories, and those precious moments that deserve to be remembered long after the moment has passed.

One of my favorite things about this article is that it shares WHY we do what we do. From our personalized consultations to creating beautiful wall portraits and heirloom albums, our goal has always been to give families something meaningful they can hold, display, and pass down for generations.

Wow! Photographer of the Year for Caldwell County! What an incredible honor!

My heart is so full of gratitude! When I started this photography journey years ago, I never imagined all the wonderful people, families, and stories I would have the privilege of capturing along the way.

To everyone who voted for us, trusted us with your precious memories, referred a friend, supported our small business, or simply cheered us on along the way THANK YOU!

Photography has always been about so much more than taking a beautiful picture. It's about telling your story, preserving the moments that matter, and creating something your family can treasure for generations.

Being recognized by the community we are so blessed to call home makes this award even more special.

And of course, I couldn't resist taking my own portrait with our certificate in this year's Santa set! A little Christmas magic makes everything better!

Sometimes the hardest part of watching someone you love chase their dreams is knowing how much you're going to miss them.

As their brother prepared to leave for Navy boot camp, these siblings had a pretty special reason to come together for portraits.

We captured the beautiful smiles, the hugs, and of course, a little bit of silliness! Because let's face it, that's what siblings do!

And you know what? Sometimes those silly, unplanned moments tell the greatest stories.

The laughter, the teasing, the bear hugs, and the love that doesn't always need words. That's the stuff you want to remember.

Years from now, when they open their heirloom album, I hope they don't just see beautiful portraits. I hope they can almost hear the laughter again.

For this family, a new chapter was about to begin. Their son was preparing to leave for Navy boot camp, and before he stepped into this exciting new journey, they wanted something special. Something that would keep their family close, even when miles apart.

Because as proud as you are watching your children grow up and follow their dreams, there's also that little piece of your heart that wishes you could hold onto these moments just a little longer.

When Olivia was planning her senior portraits, there was someone very special she wanted to include, her horse, Smitty!

And what better place to capture a portrait of Olivia and Smitty than Smitty's Market BBQ in Lockhart!

Digital images are just $10 each. Purchasing more than 10? Send us a message, and we'll be happy to offer a savings on the additional images.

You can also order professional prints directly through the gallery, and they'll be mailed straight to your home.

Since we were balancing time between photographing the rodeo and visiting with everyone at our Fine Art Portrait booth, we weren't able to cover every event or every contestant. We captured as much of the action as we could, and we had an absolute blast doing it!

If there's enough interest, we'd love to bring a dedicated photographer next year to provide even more complete rodeo coverage.
