This is a huge win for the Creative Community of Lufkin, which is now being recognized for the amazing talent that lives right there behind the pine curtain!
This designation was achieved because of the artists who create and share, and other community members who want to showcase their talent!
This video captures so much passion and creativity - seeing it makes my heart so happy for Lufkin, and I can't wait to see what this designation does for the community!

Photography has taken me places I never expected - and 4 years ago I ended up ringside at a professional wrestling event for Tomahawk Professional Wrestling!
I've dodged high school football and soccer players but these athletes certainly keep me on my toes. Working with this great team, plus the thrill of the live audience and watching the fans' faces, is something I'll never get used to!

Meet my new friend, Jordy! 🇳🇱🇺🇸
Jordy is visiting from the Netherlands and staying with family connected to our Rotary Club. He joined me as we placed American flags around the community for the upcoming Labor Day holiday.
He’s enjoying his time in the USA, learning all about Texas-and discovering that around here, even putting out flags can turn into a new friendship!
