💍✨ What a DAY! ✨💍

This wedding was extra special for us because it was our Third wedding with this same amazing group of people, and we truly can’t say enough about how much we love them! 🥹❤️ There’s something so special about getting to watch the same families and friends celebrate love again and again, and we are so incredibly grateful that they continue to trust us to capture these moments.

This was also one of the largest weddings we’ve ever photographed in terms of guests, and you could feel the love for this couple from the moment we arrived. The kind of love that fills an entire room—and the kind of party that simply does. not. stop. 😂🥂💃

It was a beautiful day, a VERY warm day, but thankfully we didn’t let the Texas heat stop the celebration! And honestly, we had such a good time that we ended up staying after our scheduled time just to keep the party going. 🥳

To this incredible couple and this wonderful group of people: thank you for letting us be part of another chapter. We love you guys, we love getting to celebrate with you, and we’re already looking forward to the next one! ❤️

✨ MEET JAYCE. ✨

Okay, y’all… when I got asked to photograph Jayce, I knew we were going to get some good portraits—but I didn’t realize I was photographing a guy who is kind of a big deal. 👀😂

Jayce is a financial advisor who helps people figure out what the heck to actually DO with their money—investing, planning for the future, building wealth, and all that grown-up financial stuff. 💰📈

So obviously, we had to make sure he had some portraits worthy of the occasion. 😉

I’m genuinely SO glad I was asked to be a part of this and to create these images for him. There’s something really cool about getting to photograph people who are passionate about what they do and are making big things happen in their careers.

I’ve been wanting to do a gold shoot for a while now—something creative, messy, outside the box, but still super dramatic using gold paint.

Then I saw Tate McRae at Lollapalooza covered in gold paint, and I immediately thought, “YES. THAT. I NEED TO DO THAT.” 😂

So naturally, I reached out to one of my wonderful models and asked if she’d be willing to cover herself in gold paint…

And thankfully, she said HECK YES. 🙌✨

So here we are!

Just a few shots from this incredibly fun, completely creative shoot. 💛

Honestly, I haven’t gotten to do a shoot like this in a while, and it was SO NICE to just create something because it sounded fun. No specific purpose, no client brief, no agenda—just making cool art with a ridiculous amount of gold paint. 😂

🎶📚 10 years of teaching! 🍎✨

I got to do a little back-to-school mini session for one of my favorite teachers, and this one is extra special because Whitney is celebrating 10 YEARS of teaching! 🥹❤️

She’s an elementary music teacher and quite honestly, one of the coolest freaking teachers around. If your kid gets to have Whitney as their teacher, just know they are in the absolute best hands. 🫶

She’s fun, thoughtful, creative, encouraging, and truly incredible at what she does. But more than that, she genuinely CARES about her students and the impact she has on them. You can see how much she loves her job and her kids in everything she does. 🎶

Here’s to 10 years of making music, making memories, and making a difference in the lives of so many kids. ❤️

Happy 10th year, Whitney! I hope this year is your best one yet—you deserve it! 🍎🎶✨

📚🍎 Third Grade looks so good on you, Lily! 🍎📚

This sweet girl is officially heading into 3rd grade, and I always love getting to photograph her! 💕

Not only is Lily absolutely adorable, but she has definitely inherited her mom's natural talent for modeling! She makes my job so easy with those sweet smiles and effortless poses. ✨

🦖☀️ A Wonderful Summer at the Naranjo Natural History Museum! ☀️🦕

My son had such a wonderful experience at one of the Naranjo Museum of Natural History Summer Camps this year! ❤️

If you're already thinking ahead to next summer and looking for something fun, engaging, and educational for your kiddos, I can't recommend these camps enough.

Throughout the week, campers got to enjoy:
🦕 Hands-on learning
🎨 Arts & crafts
🧱 Building activities
🎲 Games
🤝 Making new friends
🎉 Plenty of playtime

What I loved most was that while the kids were having an absolute blast, they were also genuinely learning. It wasn't just somewhere to spend the day—it was an experience that sparked curiosity, encouraged creativity, and made learning exciting.

The museum staff did such a fantastic job creating an environment where kids could explore, discover, and have fun all at the same time. We're so thankful Jude had the opportunity to attend, and we're already hoping to sign him up again next summer!

I also had the pleasure of taking a few photos during the last day of camp! ❤️
