Meet Sophia!

Sophia attends Chicopee High School and spent her first two years of high school playing volleyball and softball before shifting her focus toward work.

One accomplishment she’s especially proud of is how much she’s grown personally throughout high school. She shared that she went from being the shy kid in every room to becoming outgoing, loud, and friendly while stepping into a whole new version of herself with confidence.

After graduation, Sophia plans to attend Holyoke Community College for two years before continuing to Westfield State University to pursue her goal of becoming a Surgical Nurse.

Looking ahead to the future, she’s excited about building a happy and successful life for herself and someday becoming a mom.

Her advice for next year’s seniors?
“Don't be afraid to try/do new things, meet new people, find your people, make mistakes they'll become memories, most important thing is to learn from those mistakes and to have fun!”

For her senior session, Sophia chose late summer and early fall because she loves flowers and the warmth of the sun. She selected Grandmother’s Garden because of the welcoming feeling it gives her, like home. She wanted her photos to feel confident, bold, and reflective of a new era in her life.

One of her favorite parts of the session was meeting her photographer, Hillary, and becoming more comfortable and confident throughout the experience.

Congratulations, Sophia! Wishing you all the best in this next chapter đź’›

Senior portraits do not have to feel awkward.

Most seniors show up saying they are nervous or do not know how to pose, but that changes quickly once the session starts. My goal is to make the experience feel relaxed and natural while creating photos that still feel like you.

There is something about summer senior sessions that just hit different. The flowers, the colors, the light, and getting to capture this exciting season of life in a way that feels natural and effortless. 🌞

Meet Charis!

Charis attends Pioneer Valley Christian Academy and spent her high school years involved in volleyball, tennis, track, and performing arts. One accomplishment she’s especially proud of was becoming captain of her volleyball team during her senior year.

After graduation, she plans to attend either Western New England University or Gordon College to study business while also working toward getting her real estate license.

When asked about a goal she’s excited for in the future, she shared that she’s looking forward to studying business in college and earning her real estate license.

Her advice for future seniors?
“Be accountable and take advantage of all the opportunities your school offers!”

Charis shared that she absolutely loves senior year. While it has brought new experiences and challenges, she’s incredibly grateful for the community at her school and excited for what comes next after graduation.

For her senior session, choosing fall was easy because it’s her favorite season. She loved the beautiful scenery and wanted her photos to feel sweet, aesthetic, and cozy. One of her favorite parts of the session was becoming more confident as the session went on.

Congratulations, Charis! Wishing you so much success in this next chapter 🤍
