Day 10. 🛠️

The studio is really starting to take shape.

We’re finally wrapping up the ceiling repairs, replacing damaged wood, and installing new rafters where needed. We’re also opening up the entrance between the lobby and main studio so the space feels much larger and more connected.

Outside, we had a bittersweet moment as we removed the last of the old John Sims Studio vinyl.

That branding may be coming down, but the history of this building isn’t going anywhere. We’re proud to be restoring a place that meant so much to so many families in our community, and we hope to carry that tradition forward for many years to come.

🎓 It’s that time of year again! 🎓

Graduation, prom, and senior portrait season are upon us, and we want to give a huge CONGRATULATIONS to the Class of 2027! 🎉

We hope this year is packed with incredible memories, big milestones, and plenty of moments worth capturing.

The Rebels are back home this Friday night as George County takes on South Jones at Gill Martin Stadium.

Kickoff is set for 7:00 PM.

Day nine. 🛠️

We’re getting the lobby cleaned up and ready just in time for Second Saturday on September 12th.

Inside the main studio, we’ve reached one of the most important parts of the entire renovation. The damaged beams are being jacked up and replaced so this building can stay strong for many years to come.

And once everything is finished, the studio will be one huge open space with no partition walls. That means room to build sets, hang backdrops, create different environments, and turn the space into a true production studio for photography, video, and all kinds of content.

It’s starting to come together.
