Where two worlds, experiences and stories collide.

You’re not only creating your own stories—it’s the beginning of your family’s legacy.

When you get to know your person, there’s a certain kind of familiarity you discover whether it be conscious or subconscious. It could be a laugh, gesture, experience that feels homely.

I love noticing familiarity among those who I’ve had the privilege to photograph.

There’s also something so special about having the people that you’ve photographed before in front of your camera again. This is a familiarity that helps create some of the best images and creative work. It’s like muscle memory for both myself and the person in front of the camera. I’m grateful for those who come back and for those who I have yet to meet.

When I heard Andrea Bocelli’s music over the DJ’s speakers leading up to the ceremony, saw that the bride wore her grandmother’s wedding gown, saw the Chanel bridal shoes and antique gold accents…I knew Lauren was my kind of bride. 👏

So incredibly grateful for these two for letting us witness their heartwarming piece of their love story. Thank you for letting us capture this amazing day!
