What a year. What a blessing.

I started 2023 as Colorado’s Fit Mrs, which led to earning America’s Fit Mrs 2025 — a lifetime title I’m forever grateful for.

I traveled to the Bahamas with my amazing husband Jesse, stepped on stage for the first time in Fitness and Figure, got a new coach, and watched our daughter dominate Wellness, Athletic, and Bikini.

AJP Fit exploded this year — our athletes showed OUT, and we even celebrated two new pros! Jesse and his best friend built their own peptide company, RevPep, and together we continued growing our nonprofit Beauty Within the Barbells, empowering and giving back through fitness.

And then the most unexpected honor…
During the live crowning, my director gifted me the lifetime title of WORLD’S FIT QUEEN. I’m still speechless and so grateful for a pageant system that truly lifts women up.

Now I’m stepping into 2026 with fire:
✨ Going for my pro card in Fitness and Figure
✨ Competing as Mrs. Colorado United – Crown of America
✨ Ready for the biggest year yet

My journey hasn’t been easy — neck and back injuries, wrist surgery, car accidents, DV, years of gymnastics, even rebuilding my smile. But nothing has stopped me, and nothing will.

I’m here. I’m smiling. I’m rising.

With the love of my husband and our daughter, 2026 is MY year. 💙🔥👑

Quads are one of the most important muscle groups for total leg development, stability, and stage symmetry.
Today’s goal: isolate each section of the quad, slow down the tempo, keep tension constant, and avoid letting other muscle groups take over.
