“We gotta be ready for a four quarter fight…”

Indeed it was.

Biggest game of the year, I’m giving the edit the extra time it deserves to get it right. Gonna take me a little longer, but let me cook.

Here’s a sneak peak of Inside the Hive Woodford County High School Football Team vs Scott County.

I’ve never felt RPI paints the clearest picture of how strong high school football teams in Kentucky actually are.

I’ve enlisted the help of AI to try and create a model that can help paint a clearer picture of how strong a team really is.

The 120 Media Kentucky Football Power Index was born.

This wasn’t some “ask AI to do (x) task” and just take the results and run with it. This is something I worked on going back and forth for days.

All that being said it’s obviously experimental… it’s just for fun and there could be wrong information somewhere that I haven’t found yet.

I will do my best to try and update weekly, here is the first official KFPI statewide top 25.

Here is the link to the working site, you can even matchup teams to get a result based on home/away/neutral how much stronger a team is over another.
