Getting married? Needing some updated family photos? Or do you simply just want to be creative? I'm grateful you decided to creep around on me and get to know me!

I'm an Indiana-based Photographer who specializes in Portraits and Couples. Traditionally, photographers are supposed to pick one niche, but I'm pretty good at both. I'm a window-down, car-singing, animal-obsessed, fall-bonfire-and-laugh-filled-reminiscing-with-family kind of girl. To top it off, it usually doesn’t take much convincing for me to do or try something, as I want to see and experience

everything I can in this life. I love listening to people's stories and discovering why they are the way they are. I like crazy travel stories and being reminded that the most memorable times are when things don't go according to plan. I graduated with a degree in photography and design in 2022. During college, I had many opportunities to grow as a photographer. I have worked in bridal, been a bride, and won three national photography awards from the American Advertising Association. I love what I do and want to continue telling stories and helping everyone feel comfortable in their own skin. Sydney is a 3x national award-winning photographer who has shown in the Pat Harrison Fine Art and Design Gallery and the 2021 Louisville Photo Biennial. Photography has been a creative companion, a way for her to showcase the goings-on in her head that words cannot quite describe, and Sydney hopes that photography will continue to do that for her.

Something exciting for the summer ☀️

From June 1 through August 31, I’ll be offering 20% off all photography packages excluding weddings through Sydney Mae Studios.

This season of life is bringing some really big goals and changes for me. These sessions will help fund two dreams that are incredibly important to me: a cross country trip I’ve been planning for a while and my return to school to earn my bachelors, as I only have an associates.

Photography has always been more than just photos to me. It has been storytelling, connection, healing, creativity, and honestly one of the biggest reasons I’ve believed in myself over the years. So every single booking this summer genuinely matters more than you know.

✨ Life Update + Gallery Progress ✨

Hey friends — I wanted to give a quick update! I’ve been really under the weather this past week after coming down with mono and strep, which has now developed into bronchitis. It’s been rough, but I’m doing my best to balance rest and recovery while still making progress on everyone’s galleries.

I’m a one-woman team, so thank you so much for your patience and understanding as I work through everything in order. Your support truly means the world to me, and I promise each gallery is being given the same love and care as always.
