Hey photo fam! After 17 years photographing families and weddings, I've mostly buttoned up Lizzie Loo and transitioned full time to my functional nutrition practice, Heyheymae - Wellness Strategy. After a string of burnout, 2 babies and a traumatic season, I healed my autoimmune diseases and chronic. illness with food. Last fall/winter I wrote this cookbook I just published and wanted to share!
