If you’ve followed this photo journey of mine since the beginning, you probably remember that my comfort zone was subjects in nature for a very long time.

It’s what really inspired the start of it all for me, so when Mariah mentioned wanting photos in nature, y’all know I was a hell yeah.

I shoot outside often at weddings, but rarely do we crawl up in the tall grasses and risk chigger bites for the shot on those days. I’ve played so much with artificial lighting recently that I almost forgot how in my element I feel outside: one lens, one camera body, just doin’ the damn thang!

As you can see, Mariah is majestic as ever.

And a thank you to all of you for letting me photograph you all in water & grass & the warmth of the sun, everywhere else too. 🤍😘
