We did it again šŸ¤
Lily & Nelson’s wedding is officially featured in KY Bride, and I finally got my hands on the magazine 🄹

This one is a true reflection of what happens when the right creative minds come together. Every detail, every layer, every moment was brought to life by an incredible team of vendors who poured so much into this day.

It’s never just one person… it’s the vision, the collaboration, and the people behind it that make something like this possible ✨

Sometimes it’s the dress resting quietly before the day begins…
the softness of flowers against silk…
the way a table is set before a single guest arrives…
or the flicker of candlelight before the room fills with life.

These are the details that hold the feeling of the day.
The ones you don’t always notice in the moment…
but somehow become everything when you look back.

I see them. I feel them. I keep them for you.šŸ¤

A first look is one of the most intimate moments of the wedding day.
No audience. No pressure. Just the two of you — and the realization that this is really happening.

It gives you space to breathe, to feel, to laugh, to cry, to hold each other before the ceremony begins.

And from a photography perspective?
It creates some of the most genuine, emotional images of the entire day.

Private. Intentional. Unforgettable.
This is why I love first looks.

Here are a few of my favorites, black and white, from this shoot. I loved how her style carried a sense of ease. The draping, the textures, the subtle accessories—nothing felt overworked, yet everything felt considered.

This session was especially close to my heart.šŸ’•

We weren’t just capturing memories ,we were celebrating a family as they shared a beautiful secret with the world.
A new chapter. A growing love. A life about to begin.

From their daughter proudly holding the news, to the quiet joy in every glance, every detail mattered.
Even the cake — a small gift to honor a moment that deserved to be celebrated.

These are the sessions that remind me photography is more than images.
It’s about care, intention, and preserving the beginnings of something beautiful. šŸ¤āœØ

I never got around to sharing these Christmas photos… and honestly, I didn’t want them to just sit there unseen.

These sessions meant so much to me. The quiet moments, the kids being themselves, the way parents held their babies just a little closer, the laughter that didn’t need direction. It wasn’t about perfect poses, it was about capturing this season of life exactly how it felt.

Christmas always goes by so fast. One minute the lights are up, the music is playing, everything feels warm… and then suddenly it’s gone. But these moments stay. This is what I love about photography, freezing something that would’ve otherwise slipped right past us.

So here’s a little closure to my Christmas sessions. Some of my favorite images I hadn’t shared yet, but didn’t want to forget. Thank you to every family who trusted me to document your memories. I’m so grateful for you.šŸ¤šŸŽ
