Keeping this professional. I am not signed up to be anyone’s Virtual avatar for them to use my content or my likeness anywhere is illegal. I don’t know everything the tech world and our country is up to but I am going on record with what has been insinuated and what I am not. So there is no race who has authority to be off using my likeness or my content.

Additionally, I do not have any company trying to sell my photography currently and they didn’t sell anything in the past either. I had an affiliation with a company as a student account which did not result in any sales.

The same applies to my consulting career and profession.

Happy Fourth. Purple Mountains Majesty, Above the fruited plains… This is a shot I took on the Capitol Mall exit in San Jose while out working. Each car dealership flies a huge American Flag. It is a lovely image especially at sunset.

Just fyi. I’m working on a new headshot but my hair is back to my natural color range of far brown with some red accents… this is one the only photos I’ve done since swapping back.

Thanks to Madison Reed for the new color - which is actually color I have used before.

Not usually a DMV photo fan but this one isn’t too bad. Still in Campbell/Los Gatos CA area just fyi.

Okay. I handle myself professionally always and I am uncertain who all is behind this latest debocle. My content on YouTube is trying to be used as a bargaining chip. So I am going to show two of the three videos which popped up in an attempt to threaten me as I was trying to resolve the issue with Youtube. My linked in page has the proper site and I have just notified You tube of the situation. It also has the images. There was a third one I didn’t get which was a black African accented women talking about stop posting. My response to this is this post protecting my content. As much as I like Johansson’s movies my content is not hers or anyone else who might look like her and I have no idea who the other two black ladies are.

I am adding the video to my website off of my business computer the website along with my photography will be available for me to sell within the month. It is not available for anyone else nor is my body or my service dog.
