is owned and operated by an experienced professional team who understands your needs.

This clean, red brick warehouse is a single client rented space, making it ideal for photo shoots, film shoots, and corporate events. The ceiling is insolated, neighborhood is extremely quiet, and the studio is located away from street traffic, making it a perfect place for productions rolling sound.

Our private and versatile studio offers 10,000 sq. ft of unobstructed warehouse space and 2,000 sq. ft of office/hair and makeup space. We offer a large, secured parking lot for multiple cars and trucks with remote controlled gate access allowing for easy and private entrance and exit from the property.

The warehouse space features a 30’x30’x13’ (l x w x h) 2-wall C*c with black-out capability. We are also fitted with a grid making it easy to hang lights for your shoot or event. Outlets are conveniently located throughout the space. The studio is equipped with 400 amps of house power, Edison outlets, and an additional 400 amps of Cam Lock power.

Loading and unloading gear is quick and simple because we are located on the ground floor.

We have an array of textured walls and backdrops throughout the property, giving clients plenty of variety for indoor and outdoor looks.

We provide a full working kitchen, talent room equipped with steamers and clothing racks, production office space, production supplies and Wi-Fi to meet all your production needs on-site. In addition, there are four bathrooms on the studio lot.

We are a pet friendly location!
