Ever since I started creating images, I knew that I wanted to use my camera to connect and heal.
I have photographed numerous people throughout my life, and my purpose to empower others has grown ever since.
I realized that I am not just a photographer; my compassion and sensitivity play a crucial role in my mission in this life.
SOCHA is an extension of this mission; it's a magazine that brings forward courageous q***r stories of resistance and growth, showing how one can find their voice and become the person they always wanted to be. I am incredibly proud of this first issue and my first hero, Kerri Elyse Colby
