Once you receive and approve your custom proposal, a retainer and a signed service agreement confirm your reservation.
The retainer amount varies based on your selected experience package. In your custom proposal, the exact retainer amount will be clearly outlined so there are no surprises.
This retainer reserves your date exclusively, meaning we turn down other inquiries and commit our team and equipment to your event. It also allows us to begin your customization process, from designing personalized templates to coordinating backdrops.
The retainer applies directly toward your final balance. This isn’t an additional fee, it’s simply the first payment toward your total photobooth experience.
The signed service agreement outlines all booking details. This ensures we’re completely aligned on expectations and protects both you and us.
Once your retainer is received and agreement is signed, your date is officially secured and we get to work bringing your vision to life. From that moment forward, you have peace of mind knowing your luxury photobooth experience is locked in.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. We’ll outline the complete payment timeline in your proposal so you can plan accordingly.
