Planning your event and wondering how to reserve your date? Securing your celebration is simple and straightforward at Elate Occasions.

Once you receive and approve your custom proposal, a retainer and a signed service agreement confirm your reservation.

The retainer amount varies based on your selected experience package. In your custom proposal, the exact retainer amount will be clearly outlined so there are no surprises.

This retainer reserves your date exclusively, meaning we turn down other inquiries and commit our team and equipment to your event. It also allows us to begin your customization process, from designing personalized templates to coordinating backdrops.

The retainer applies directly toward your final balance. This isn’t an additional fee, it’s simply the first payment toward your total photobooth experience.

The signed service agreement outlines all booking details. This ensures we’re completely aligned on expectations and protects both you and us.

Once your retainer is received and agreement is signed, your date is officially secured and we get to work bringing your vision to life. From that moment forward, you have peace of mind knowing your luxury photobooth experience is locked in.

The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. We’ll outline the complete payment timeline in your proposal so you can plan accordingly.

This process is standard practice in the luxury event industry. It protects your date, ensures commitment from both sides, and allows us to begin the thoughtful preparation your celebration deserves.

Saturday night took our breath away.
We set up our luxury wooden photo booth at the CHOC Gala, a celebration supporting children’s health across Southern California. But this wasn’t just another event for us.

CHOC saved our daughter. Years later, we got to watch guests celebrate the organization that gave our family everything.

From the elegant black chic design to Christina Aguilera’s show-stopping performance, every moment reminded us why preserving the magic of childhood matters so deeply.

Saturday, we had the honor of being part of the CHOC Gala. CHOC saved our daughter, and being able to give back to the organization that gave us everything was a dream come true.
Watching guests come together under the stars to support children’s health, celebrating hope and healing, capturing unforgettable memories, and experiencing the spectacular Christina Aguilera was so meaningful.

We’re beyond honored to announce that Elate Occasions will be part of this year’s CHOC Gala on May 9th at The Grove of Anaheim.

CHOC helped our daughter thrive after 23 days in the NICU. Being able to give back to the organization that gave us everything is a dream come true.

On May 9th, we’ll be there capturing unforgettable moments as guests celebrate and support children’s health across six counties. This isn’t just an event for us, it’s personal, it’s meaningful, and it’s our way of saying thank you to the heroes who preserve the magic of childhood every single day.
