Hello!!!! Kim here from taking over the IG for the week. My whole career, I've been trying to figure out my style and fighting the fact that I may have found it. I recently had a portfolio review with someone that I admire and gained so much clarity. So I'm here to embrace my photographic style of portraiture using artificial light or the mix of artificial light with natural as seen here in this series that I'll be sharing with you for the next few days. These portraits were taken as a commission for a Black History Month project for Lyft to be used internally. Hey CMCLA friends! Happy weekend. Aurelie here taking over the ‘gram. I just got back from vacation but had to rush for back to school prep on Monday and it’s been no stop go go go. Finally had a moment to get organized and I decided to share recent animations and composites on this page since they are a little subset of photo work I do!

This is one of my favorite animations from Annie + Alex’s engagement shoot. We shot their wedding formals and engagement portraits at their intimate venue in the desert. There was a warehouse on the property that made me jump for joy as we got gorgeous photos with available ambient light and pocket fairy lights. Special shout out to Alex’s brother, for assisting the entire time. He was the real MVP.
