BACKGROUND:
I attended Art Center College of Design as a photography major, and after 20 years as a successful freelance photographer, I was asked to join Art Center’s faculty teaching Adobe Photoshop. It was not long when I found myself teaching Illustrator, Quark Express and InDesign within a few months of it's first release. Shortly after learning these design applications, I worked pro bono and produced a number of award winning annual reports for a local non-profit. This expanded my professional career to include graphic and website design. Starting in 1999 I developed and taught the first the digital capture curriculum to for Art Center's Photography department.
