We are currently looking for an Administrative Sales Assistant. Full time with overtime opportunities during busy season
We're looking for a FRIENDLY and EXPERIENCED person to take on the BIG task of our Administrative Sales Assistant. The candidate with a BIG and outgoing, happy personality and a willingness to learn is the person we are looking for.

• 5 days a week Tuesday- Saturday - hours will vary
• Some nights and Major Holidays Required

• This is a Sales Position. You will be helping clients

• HIGH ATTENTION TO ALL DETAILS - write down & complete tasks in a timely manner. Prioritize a large number of assignments, covering a large volume of information (files, email, etc.)

• Able to successfully multi-task = answer phones, acknowledge people walking in and keep smiling the entire time!

Experience:
• Customer Service: (Required)

• Photoshop/Lightroom experience a plus but not required
Language:

• Bilingual (spanish preferred)

• 90066 or adjacent (Preferred)

Key Duties include but are not limited to the following :
• Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person, via email, and on a multi-phone system; answering or directing inquiries
• Taking phone orders as well as in studio sales.
• Following office policies & procedures
• Updating Social Media and answering inquiries on social media, yelp & google
• Ability to set & Achieve sales goals
• Scheduling clients and assisting them in understanding different session options
• On location with photographers for various photo sessions.
• Maintaining a clean sales, waiting room, production and office area
• Empathetic with client needs and concerns
The right candidate will demonstrate a great attitude as they'll be expected to 'wear a number of hats'. Mondays & some late evenings (you will know in advance) may be required.
