A view of the TV nook in the newly-christened "Creatures & Characters Screening Area" at my humble abode, lovingly nicknamed 'Skywalker Flats'.

It's not set up with the surround sound or 3D or nothing. All THAT'S in the main Millennium Falcon/Hot Toys/BIG 💩, Home Theater/Bedroom Room.

But it's well-lit, the busted-ass yet still new-ish wicker chair is comfy & allows me to sit up, the A/C is blowin' cold & I'm only two steps from the door for those quick between-match Filthy-Disgusting-McNasty-Ass Smoke Breaks that I do enjoy so very much.

It is, quite literally, EXACTLY what I'd wished for & imagined back when I was like, 7 maybe?
▪.. 😑 (sigh)

OK, perhap I should've aimed a BIT higher, or AT LEAST waited until I had a little better understanding of how life & adulthood & 💩 works before calling in my final order to the universe on how I wanted things to turn out for myself way back when?

But Oh Well. Fuggit!

I'm actually the most satisfied, calm & serene that I've ever felt in my entire life. I no longer feel any of those old, constant nags & urges that'd always plagued me with the incessant NEED to somehow FIND A WAY to BE SOMEBODY or AMOUNT TO SOMETHING as I always used to before. MAN! OH, MAN! ... IT IS SO FRIKKIN' GREAT!!

I'm healthy & alive. I'm nearly back to being my old talkative, snarky self after that car accident broke my brain, scrambled my speech patterns & sent me spiraling into a nightmarish tailspin which left me stranded as a useless, speech-impaired, bumbling, homeless bum a year & a half ago.

I am honestly grateful to have a roof of ANY kind over my head right now, & that I've been able to slowly & steadily surround myself on all sides by little tidbits, knick knacks & visual reminders of THE thing I've loved most ever since I first saw all those initial posters, View-Masters, coloring books, Dixie Cups (SO Huge back then), board games, Colorforms, lunchboxes, puzzles, toys, etc. promoting it...
