Sascha Knopf I knew from an early age that my calling was to be an actress. I have tried to stop acting for periods of time, but it always pulled me back in.

On coming back again & again--It's always hard-no matter when-but it's what I love to do. What I have to do.

Hi Friends…I’ve been juggling so much recently—& I wanted to come on here as I have been absent for a while, and thank all of you for continuing to support me and and my dreams/ambitions/mistakes…
I’m really grateful!
How is everyone doing here? Would love to hear from you—
How do you motivate yourselves to keep pushing forward? 💕

Below is a photo of my God Duck— “Lizzie,” and a pic of she and I last year. This little bird inspires me, as she is a survivor of cruelty and so much else. She is disabled, but it hasn’t stopped her… 🦆🙏🏻

Proud mentor moment. 🎬

So proud of my former coaching client Michelle Núñez!

I’ve known Michelle since the early days of her career — including when she booked Zane on Ruthless, one of her first big roles. Even then, her talent, heart, and work ethic were undeniable. Watching her grow as an artist has been such a joy, and I’m honored I got to play a small part in that journey.

Now Michelle has written and is directing her first short film, Paper Cranes, and it’s currently crowdfunding. I couldn’t be more excited to see her stepping into writing and directing and bringing her own stories to life.

If you have a moment, take a look at the project and consider contributing. Even small donations help bring independent films like this to life. ❤️
