One of the real highlights of my recent trip to the South of France was seeing the Hockney/Matisse installation in Nice. It was curated by David Hockney! I never realized he was so influenced by Matisse.
One of my favorite travel photos so far from . Why? Because when I look back on it months or years from now it will remind me of the sights, sounds, and feelings of sitting on the beach in Nice, France, on a warm summer evening.

Dinner was exceptionally good. That’s baked feta cheese and tomato toast to start.
Went to the exhibit last night, which was amazing and VERY surreal. Then, off to for wine and dinner …one of my favorite restaurants.
An airplane propeller repurposed as a ceiling fan. Simple things entertain me😂.
