This is a project I produced for Universal Standard Housing Corporation here in Los Angeles. USH builds low income qualifying apartment buildings using factory built modular units. The video includes drone footage of their flatbed trucks moving the modular units through the streets of Los Angeles to the work site at 4252 Crenshaw Avenue, Baldwin Hills/Leimert Park neighborhood. Also the video has a 6 month timelapse using a weather proof, solar powered and sim card enabled photoSentinel​ camera housing. Special thanks to the collaboration of Brian Hawkins
