Hi Family and Friends from MR. WIN WIN!
Sales and purchases do not have to be contentious! The key is communication, clarity and matching both sides needs with their expectations.
We all work with a many vendors and service providers, everything from Water & Gas to Groceries & Restaurants. We also work with various clients and associates regularly and repeatedly because of this WIN/WIN expectation.
As a strong agent I work very hard at communication, clarity and getting both sides to the end of the deal happy and fulfilled - trust me, it isn't always easy. Both sides get anxious at various times during the transaction.
Fear and lack of TRUST in the other sides intentions is often the problem. Mitigating that fear and developing the TRUST between both sides is a lot of what I do.
Listening closely to clients needs and goals, then communicating them effectively and convincingly to the other side is key.
Clearly understanding each sides motivation to buy or sell at a price and under specific terms, saves a ton of headaches.
Obviously sellers want top price, and buyers want a great deal. But that is not the only factors at work. There are issues of need, moving and timing. In addition, there are supply and demand issues of inventory, market changes and financing availability.
My job is to guide both sides effectively to a WIN/WIN close.
