In this fast-moving world, I’ve been feeling the need to slow down. That’s exactly what these sessions are about. They’re designed as a relaxed time container that leaves space for whatever naturally arises in your everyday life without us forcing, rushing, or faking anything.

Wonder how many photos you’ll see from your shoot? I take hundreds. Then narrow them down to about 50–75 of the best ones for you to choose from. You pick your favorites, and those are the ones I fully retouch.

My editing style is all about staying true to you. I’ll clean up little temporary things — blemishes, scratches, bruises — but I encourage keeping what’s you. Freckles, scars, stretch marks…those are part of your story.

It’s easy to take retouching too far — but I am pretty anti-perfection, anti-overly airbrushed, and pro self-love!!! I like a polished photo, but I am very conscious of over doing it. I want to celebrate who you are, as you are! Authenticity over perfection!!

Greece part two 👙

Historically I haven’t shared much of my personal content on this account, but these Greece photos are deeply inspiring to me and make me feel a certain kind of way.

In June, I was gone for 3 blissful weeks with my home base in Athens, island hopping mixed in. I told myself I was going to “work remotely” while I was gone. If by “work remotely,” I meant…laying in the sun, swimming, afternoon lattes followed by afternoon gelato, wandering through museums with my film camera, drinking 5 euro glasses of wine, sleeping in, and reading my book…then yeah, I was doing a LOT of “remote work.”

No, but seriously, I really, really needed some rest and It was a magical trip. And now I want to spend every summer in Europe for the rest of my life.

These fine art n**e maternity portraits feel like a natural extension of the bo***ir work I’ve been doing for the past 10 years. Maternity became part of my offerings after I opened my studio in Elysian Park in April 2021.

The other day I saw a reel where a woman said she booked a maternity shoot because she had FOMO. And honestly… I kind of hate that phrase.

I get that marketing based on scarcity or urgency (things like “don’t miss out” or “last chance” or “HURRY!”) tends to work, but it’s just not my style.

Yes, maternity shoots are time sensitive. No, you won’t be pregnant forever. But that doesn’t mean you should do something just because everyone else is doing it or because you’re afraid you’ll regret it later.

Forget the FOMO. Do it from a place of love. Do it because you want to. That’s my motto.
