Thank you to everyone that booked aura portraits last Saturday. It was my first “official” day back getting into the swing of things. (I’m posted up in Niu Valley, for those that haven’t been before) It was a pleasure capturing aura’s of people who had come through before AND seeing plenty of new faces! Happy to say, all had beautiful vibrant aura’s

Proof of life 🙋🏻‍♀️ (I’m here! I’m alive!)

Hello 2026!

Not gonna lie- 2025 can kick rocks! This past year was one of the biggest struggles/fights of mah life. It’s actually been a rough recovery for me since chemo + radiation wrapped up. I’m now in this weird phase of experiencing all the repercussions of the treatment that saved my life. Ugh

Unfortunately these side-effects have left me with potentially life long issues from damage from both radiation and that darn immunotherapy, but worth it. Cause I’m still here thanks to medical intervention

Sorry, for the lack of updates, energetically I just didn’t have the capacity to share. I had a rough go waiting on a surgeon to take me on to fix me up- which was close to a 3 month wait and my body was struggling to work properly. Then this magical doctor called me late one night after reviewing my file, and worked her magic to squeeze me into surgery el pronto. Pure life saver! Literally. I love that woman! In the operating room she lifted the blankie that was on me to see if I was centered on the table correctly and she noticed my Black Flag tattoo and was like- Is that a Blag Flag tattoo? You’re a girl after my own heart! I was shook 😂 like whaaaaat?!! Then the anesthesiologist starts talking about the Dead Kennedy’s and honestly next thing I know they put me lights out! So crazy. I woke up a new woman! I needed that surgeon so badly! Literal earth angel!

Unfortunately my PET Scan I did before that surgery wasn’t great. Things were lit up where you don’t want them to be 😖 But, because I was so ill from my kidneys failing me, my oncologist just said we gotta keep an eye on things and we’ll scan again once I’m healed a bit better ✨🤞🏼✨

My recovery is slow going, which is a drag. I’ve been optimistic through it all and am longing the day I feel normal again. Speaking of which-

I miss taking aura photooooooo’s 😩 It was nice to break out my aura camera this past week for my friend while she was here helping us.

This is my dear friend Barbara She’ a sweetie and flew over to help my girls and I for the first 3 weeks of my cancer treatment. I’m so grateful for her showing up for us. Love you Babsie! 💕🫶🏼💕

This cancer diagnosis really has shown me who has our back…My support system may be small but it is mighty!

I know my stories are mostly cancer treatment updates. Which can be grim for people. I’m sorry! But, I find it easier to just post in my stories right now. I don’t really have the energy to answer everyone individually. I honestly feel terrible majority of the time, but do my best to push through. My tummy is just getting wrecked from the daily radiation appointments. My radiologist says, my intestines are just sensitive to the radiation treatments. My diet is low fiber right now and has been for last 2 weeks and it’s sooooo blah 😩 I miss real food so much. But, my body hates it right now. I’ve lost a lot of weight in the last couple weeks and I’m really hoping that slows down and my tummy magically stops working against me. I stopped taking supplements because my tummy isn’t even operating properly to absorb stuff. I’m thinking I definitely need to start doing IV infusions. I just want to be better.

Not the best update… but, I’m here! I feel your love! I appreciate your messages! And, thanks again to everyone that shares and has contributed to my fundraiser for my girls I. We appreciate your generosity sooooooo much! 🫶🏼

(Sorry for the late update)

I honestly haven’t really had the bandwidth to do much but try and rest. In between all these daily Doctor appointments I’m trying to find my footing and find the new routine to this new way of navigating this journey.

So grateful for all you love people who have contributed and shared my fundraiser for my girls and I. We appreciate all the healing juju you send our way and definitely feel the love from our community near and far 🥹 Feeling blessed

Honestly, this fighting cancer thing feels like a full time job. A job that I don’t love and didn’t sign up for. But, I’m rolling with the punches as it takes hits on my body that ebb and flow. I’m taking all the naturopath supplements to help alleviate the crazy side effects of radiation and chemo therapy treatments. One side effect that is so bizarre is “chemo brain” which literally is a bit of a blur. I’ll be forgetful here and there or literally a day later won’t even remember having said something. Which is creepy AF.

Did my 7th radiation treatment today and wrapped up my 2nd chemo appointment yesterday. Kinda nervous if tomorrow is going to hit like last Saturday where I just had to lay in one spot all day until the gross-ness passed, cause the pain being upright was just unimaginable.

Please keep sending all the healing vibes my way. I can sometimes feel my brightness going a lil’ dim cause the constant pain suuuuuuucks the life out of me. Oh! But, one sweet thing at the office I get my chemo at is a lil’ lady rolls through and does reiki on us 🫶🏼 And, it’s a sweet few moments that I appreciate immensely during this whole chaotic loopy de loop of journey. What a lil’ earth angel!

Hi friends!

Bit of bad news. If you’ve seen a few of my stories here and there this month you may have noticed it’s been a rough month for me. I was in and out of the hospital every week. After 9 blood transfusions, biopsies, numerous scans, I finally have a diagnosis for what has been quite the health crisis for my daughters and I to experience.

Sadly, the diagnosis is, Cancer. I will have to take a 3 month hiatus from Auracle to receive chemo, radiation and immunotherapy and then finally surgery to end it all off.

Things have been happening pretty fast with Dr.s and I’m eager to get started with treatment which will hopefully start late next week. I have a great team at The Cancer Clinic and my oncologist is wonderful and he say’s THIS is curable. It’s just going to be a bit of bumpy journey for a bit- for me and those close to me.

I’m trying to conserve my energy (AKA bed rest) and trying to get my red blood cell count up which has been a struggle. This week is actually the first week with not having to go in to the ER for a blood transfusion. Which is great! The meds are working.

My daughter’s have been an incredible support - with helping with endless research, making me meals and helping me get organized for chemo. I’m absolutely so blessed with these two 🥹

I feel pretty sad that I have to put doing what I absolutely LOVE on hold with Auracle. But, I have to center my focus on healing and recovery.

Thank you all for your support and understanding. If you have appointments for March? You’ve been contacted by email. I’m so sorry to disappoint.
