Another successful Photography for Accident Investigation class in the books, and another year of successfully not annoying my UCLA attending daughter because I teach a course at USC! 😂😂

Really enjoyed working with my students and helping them learn a bit about the basics of photography, and the skills needed should they be called upon to document and assist on an aviation accident.

Been a bit slow about posting stuff (real life gets in the way sometimes)

I was invited to attend a special Blue Angels IMAX screening at the USC School of Cinematic Arts recently with director Paul Crowder, producer and USC film school alumni Rob Stone, and producer and legendary Blue Angels Boss Greg Wooldridge.

After the screening, and a really great Q&A with the audience I got to swap a few stories with Boss and Rob about all of our “adventures” working with the Navy on our projects! 😂😬

Even though I’ve seen the film a few times it was still fantastic and it was a lot of fun!

Yesterday the Army officially designated the Bell V-280 the MV-75. The new MV-75 tilt rotor will begin to replace the long serving Blackhawk towards the end of this decade as the next generation aviation platform.

It was an honor to be able to support this flight test program and be a small, small part of the history of the future of Army Aviation!

It what has been a rough summer for me dealing with family stuff watching these games…watching this team, has been a huge mental break for me almost every day.

This is such a great thing. As a lifelong Dodger fan I can’t say how happy this makes me!! 🧢🧢💙💙🧢🧢⚾️⚾️
