Every now and then we come across people who are brilliant, caring, creative and wise. Shauna is one of these exceptional people that is so dedicated to what she does that she has made helping and inspiring others her life’s work. She has been on her talk is amazing and now her book has been released under the same publisher as the power of now. She is a brilliant PhD, expert in mindfulness and compassion and has joined the two together in a way that really has had a profound impact on me as it has many, many others. just dropped the price of her new book to $16!! Trust me it’s worth 1000x that. I invite you to go deeper in your own life when it comes to feeling compassion for yourself and those around you. !

My first (and the first of the year) full moon sound bath was amazing! I loved in the beginning how we all said an “I love you” to ourselves, then one to the people next to us, then one to the world. It’s funny how something so small can have a nice impact as it did for me. After it I wrote down something I wanted to release. There has been something on my mind a lot lately. After some great insights from I realized that this was just revealing my fears. And we love this! Because I can then look at what’s behind it. Tracing back what that fear was lead to seeing what it really was and how funny it was. So thanks Peter for your wisdom and for putting this together. So glad I got to experience this. Looking forward to the next one.

Posting this cause I was inspired last night by and his poetry (thanks and ) who was in turn inspired by who I met through many many years ago at the Greenaway court theater (I think it’s called). I wrote this poem when I was like 21 yrs old. I used to read and write poetry when I was really young thanks to my mom. The last lines are my favorite. What do you guys think? I think I’m going to start writing more 🙏🏻🙏🏻 💥💥
