After Risky LA, our post-production process meant bringing together multiple camera angles, audio, and hours of footage to find the moments that tell the story best.

Here’s a look behind the scenes in the edit.

During Risky LA, our crew was constantly following the conversation, anticipating where the next moment might happen, and making sure we had the coverage necessary to build the story in post.

A little behind-the-scenes look at the production.

A behind-the-scenes look at our production for Risky LA in Los Angeles.

Live conversations require a different approach. Multiple cameras, coordinated coverage, lighting, audio, and a crew ready to capture moments as they happen without interrupting the experience.

Here’s a little look at our team at work.

A few days, a packed venue, a lot of cameras, and a little trip back to the Roaring Twenties. šŸŽ„āœØ

We had a great time being part of a much larger production and creative team for this event, helping capture everything from the main stage and audience to the energy happening throughout the venue.

With a 1920s inspired theme bringing the experience to life, there was no shortage of great moments to capture.

The event may only last a few days, but the video content created along the way can keep telling the story long after it’s over.

Always great collaborating with talented people and being part of productions like this.

Filming in a place that barely looks real. šŸŽ„

A little behind the scenes from the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah. Endless white, mountains in every direction, and one of the coolest locations we’ve had the chance to shoot in.
Sometimes the location does half the work for you.

Small products can carry a lot of important information.

That means every detail needs to read clearly on camera.

Behind the scenes of a recent product video shoot for SpotSee, using controlled lighting, close-up framing, and turntable movement to showcase each product from the right angle.

Productions like this involve many small adjustments that the viewer will never notice—but those decisions help make technical products easier to understand and more visually engaging.

At PowerTale, we think beyond the individual shot and plan product content around where it will be used:

• Websites
• Sales presentations
• Trade shows
• Product launches
• Social media
• Training and educational content

The product may be small.

The strategy behind presenting it clearly is not.

A good customer testimonial should communicate more than:

ā€œThey were great to work with.ā€

That is a nice compliment, but potential customers usually need more information.

They want to understand the problem, why the customer chose the company, what the experience was like, and what changed afterward.

Those details are what make a testimonial useful.

At PowerTale, we guide each conversation with thoughtful questions and give people enough time to answer naturally.

We are not trying to create a perfect performance.

We are trying to capture an honest story that helps another person understand the value of the experience.

When captured well, one testimonial can support your website, social media, sales presentations, case studies, trade shows, and email campaigns.

Take a look at the finished frames and the production happening behind the scenes.

A real story can build much more trust than a polished sales statement.

Your event recap should be the beginning, not the end.

A single event can create much more than one highlight video. With the right planning, it can also produce interviews, speaker content, social clips, brand assets, and future promotional material.

This reel is a reminder that event coverage is not only about documenting what happened. It is about creating content that continues working for your business afterward.

If you are investing in an event, make the content work harder for you.

A great panel shouldn’t disappear after the audience leaves.

We were in Las Vegas producing a multi-camera panel for a nonprofit organization, capturing every angle with clean audio and broadcast-quality video so the conversation can continue long after the event.

From keynote sessions and conferences to executive interviews and branded content, we help organizations turn live events into marketing assets that keep working.
